1800 SQ FT + 800 SQ FT APARTMENT | OAKVILLE | 2019

This DQI development project consisted of dividing an existing property into two lots and building two new homes. The complementary houses were designed and built by DQI for comfort, efficiency and flexibility. These homes were created to meet the needs of either a growing family or clients who are ready to downsize. In either case, Inglehart offers generous bright spaces, welcoming outdoor opportunities, and in an upscale lower level apartment. The final product is two beautiful open plan three bedroom homes which accommodates gatherings for friends and growing family, a gracious front porch that acts as a summer living room where the owners can visit with neighbours passing by.
