The family that was residing in this ranch-style home yearned for additional space and enhanced comfort. Collaborating closely with the client, DQI embarked on a new design build project to imagine and cater to their needs for the coming decades. The design centred on fostering seamless connectivity within the home, exemplified by the addition of a family room above the garage and a well-appointed landing that gracefully linked the bedrooms. DQI also inspired the creation of a serene and separate apartment for their elderly family members to be able to live close and connected.
