The client expressed a desire to revitalize this ground floor walk-out apartment without making any structural modifications. The DQI team embarked on an interior design journey which comprised of a complete overhaul of the space. Collaborating closely with the client, DQI carefully curated new finishes, encompassing everything from flooring and cabinetry to paint selections. By emphasizing the loft height ceilings and the infusion of natural light through the sliding doors in the primary living zone, DQI also revamped the outdoor patio by installing a fence and creating a minimalist garden for a rejuvenating ambiance.
